Bob is the webmaster at a medium size company, he notices that customers are not spending a lot of time on the companies’ web pages, loyalty is low, and he is having trouble attracting new visitors. He goes home one night to his wife and two kids, while he is eating dinner he notices his kids are too busy playing to want to eat. He thinks to himself about how great it would be if the customers were as engaged in the company and its website as his kids are with their game. This gives him an idea – he will structure and design the website to be more like a game!
